Can I limit how many sessions a student can use?
Yes. Coaches can set a global default limit per student and override it individually from each student's profile card.
What happens when credits run out?
Students are blocked from starting new sessions. The coach receives a low-balance alert before this happens and can request a top-up at any time.
Are text and voice credits interchangeable?
No. Text and voice credits are tracked separately. A text credit cannot be used for a voice session and vice versa.
Do student accounts cost anything?
No. Adding students to your account is free. You only pay when a student completes or discards a session with at least one turn.
What is the voice session time limit?
Voice sessions are hard-capped at 8 minutes. A countdown timer warns the student at the 1-minute mark and ends the session automatically at zero.
